At SMYBO, our mission is to empower youth in Southern Maryland through structured and competitive basketball opportunities. We focus on fostering discipline, leadership, and teamwork, while holding our athletes accountable academically and personally. By in high-level regional and national competitions, our student athletes not only hone their skills on the court but also cultivate the character and resilience needed for lasting success in life. 

Our nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization is focused on fostering personal growth and academic accountability among participants, ensuring they are well-prepared for success both on and off the court.
